Aiven's Revenue Operations team acts as a central hub, aligning marketing, sales and customer growth to optimize the entire customer journey. We're looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Campaigns Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be key in driving the execution of our marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (think LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and more). You'll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams, and delivering impactful campaigns. If you're passionate about marketing, love getting things done, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity!

What You'll Do:

  • Be the project driver for marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including (but not limited to) LinkedIn and Google.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, making sure everyone knows what's due, and when
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (like field marketing, product marketing, and marketing ops) to bring campaigns to life.
  • Keep a close eye on campaign progress, spot potential issues, and find solutions to keep things running smoothly.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with the team and other stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Ensure all campaign activities are executed flawlessly and within budget.
  • Help analyze campaign performance data to identify what's working and what can be improved.
  • Contribute to the development of data-informed campaign plans.
  • Independently manage small to medium-sized projects.
  • Make sound decisions with minimal oversight and effectively address challenges.
  • Actively seek feedback and demonstrate a strong drive to excel in your work.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or project management-focused role.
  • A proven track record of managing projects with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze campaign performance to drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, project management software, social media management tools).
  • A strong desire to learn and the confidence to ask questions when needed.
  • The ability to communicate effectively across different teams.

  1. 30-45 minute call with one of our Talent Partners 
  2. 45 minute Depth of Expertise Interview with the hiring manager 
  3. Skills interview and or presentation for 1 hour with the wider team 
  4. Company values interview for 1 hour
