The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented OEM Partner Marketing and Enablement Manager to drive the success of our strategic OEM partnerships through targeted marketing initiatives and comprehensive enablement programs. This critical role requires a blend of technical and demand generation marketing expertise, sales enablement experience, and a strong understanding of the DBaaS market. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that generate demand for our OEM partners' Aiven-powered solutions through SLG and PLG channels, and for creating and delivering enablement resources that empower their sales and marketing teams to effectively position and sell these solutions. You will work closely with both internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) and external partners to accelerate growth and maximize the value of our OEM program.

What You’ll Do:

Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Demand Generation Planning: Collaborate with Key Account Directors (KADs) and OEM partners to develop and execute joint demand generation plans that drive pipeline growth and revenue for their Aiven-powered solutions.
  • Marketing Asset Creation: Develop and deliver high-impact marketing assets tailored for OEM partner use, including co-branded collateral, presentations, case studies, website content, and other resources.
  • Content Strategy & Development: Create compelling content that highlights the value proposition of Aiven's platform for OEM partners and their customers, including blog posts, white papers, webinars, and social media content. Identify technical content gaps for OEM partners and develop to fulfill OEM needs.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track joint marketing campaigns with OEM partners, leveraging a variety of channels (e.g., email, social media, events, webinars) to reach target audiences.
  • GTM alignment: understand OEM partners GTM motions, and tailor activities to match. 
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and partner performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Partner Enablement & Training

  • Enablement Program Development: Design, build, and maintain comprehensive enablement programs for OEM partner sales and marketing teams, covering product knowledge, sales strategies, and marketing best practices.
  • Training Material Creation: Develop and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, guides, and interactive exercises, to equip partners with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
  • Enablement Session Delivery: Conduct live and virtual training sessions for OEM partner teams, ensuring they are fully enabled to effectively position and sell Aiven-powered solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve partner enablement processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and effective.
  • Sales Tool Development: Create and maintain sales tools and enablement resources to support partner sales efforts.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Technical Account Managers) to ensure alignment on OEM partner marketing and enablement strategies.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key marketing and sales stakeholders within OEM partner organizations.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on the performance of partner marketing and enablement activities, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuous Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with OEM partners, proactively identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.

  3. 60-minute Skills interview and/or presentation with the wider team 
  4. 60-minute Crabby Principles interview
